Del Mar boasts one of the most agreeable climates in the western United States. Real estate offerings consist primarily of lovely single-family homes and estates, many with spectacular ocean views. The area is quite affluent and the housing options reflect that, as most homes are large, ranging from three (3) to seven (7) bedrooms, with very large lots and square footage. Prices for these beautiful homes range from the low $1,000,000s to just under $30 million for prime properties on the beach. There are also some condominiums and townhouses available on the east side of Pacific Coast Highway, with prices ranging from the mid $600,000s into the millions.
